bom logoAustralian Bureau of Meteorology | the BOM website is an incredibly useful resource covering all of Australia's states and territories. Inside you will find weather forecasts, rain radar, synoptic & satellite charts, tide times and a host of other useful info.

EWN logoThe Australian Early Warning Network is a subscriber service available free of charge to the Australian public and its aim is to save lives and property. EWN provides free emergency alerts via SMS and email to subscribers covering every weather event from severe weather warnings through to tsunamis. EWN monitors and tracks potentially dangerous weather systems and uses the network to alert people directly in the path of an event such as a thunderstorm with the potential for hail, flash flooding or damaging winds.
